Home tickets spare? - why not use the Ticket Exchange
I'm a helpful chap me, if you have tickets you're not using why not offer them up on Ticket Exchange to the 50,000 that are on the waiting list.

I've done this a few times recently and they go in minutes.

I think you'll find that most of us will simply get other family or friends/workmates to attend if the season ticket holder (sth) can't attend. Or advertise on WHO to find someone really keen to go.
Tik Xch is a good idea in principle but in practice it's just too much trouble for most sth's. And we get so little back (from as little as £2.17 - depending on match category - credit towards next season's renewal for a u16) if a buyer is found.
The WHO Ticket Forum is a much better bet as the vast majority of tickets here are sold at face value, or sometimes even less. And I've even seen some offered for free!
